If you're interested I have a WOS (list of velocity track restrictions) and SRJP (staff only timetable for traindrivers) but only for 2008/2009. I have also station diagrams for that line before modernization of the line (which is nearly in the end for the better part of the line). By the way I don't know why you want to do that line, but it's a strange coincidence, I did that line for another train simulator, only tracks and some other things (because in that other simulator we don't have a dedicated 3d editor, and without that that's a very hard and long job to do a good looking route).
